First parking Cleaning Staff Air condition are not working normally

Nothing The room smelled stale and the shower/toilet also. The bed sheets were the same and appeared not to have been changed from previous guests. On second day there were bed bugs, so I checked out early.

Ben collegato Terrible experience, avoid this hotel! The hotel is completely disorganized: the lights and heating do not work, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. The staff was rude and disrespectful, which is unacceptable behavior towards guests, and even try ti talk with them was almast impossibile because no One could speack basic english, no One Word, and they would do nothing ti try It. Even though Booking stated that check-out was possible between 11:00 AM and 11:29 PM, the staff entered the room without permission at 10:00 AM, insisting that we leave. A disappointing experience in every way. Absolutely not recommended!

There were small insects in the room. The help provided by the recepcionist was to fill the room with insecticide and proceed to sleep in. Obviously, we didn't stay. Horrible experience.

The location was good. The rooms are too small,, specially the bathroom.

It was clean and the receptionist spoke Italian. I understand it's "essential", but 1 (small) towel for 2 people, no shampoo, and the air conditioning not working with 37 degrees seems a bit too much. Also be aware it's a motel and people will walk by your only window all the time.
