Wyndham Avon

Our room was definitely in need of a facelift. We stayed in room 434 and had several issues. The carpet and furniture were pretty worn and stained, the tables in the room were sticky, the bathroom sink was cracked and did not drain well, the bathroom door was warped and would not shut, the bathroom was not stocked with toilet paper, and the rolling door to the closet was off it’s track and very difficult to open. We also had a hard time getting the room door to lock. Overall, not to the standards expected for a 3 1/2 star Wyndham.

Everything was very clean, very convenient location, lots of restaurants and stores near by. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again once the road construction is done.

In my room the thermostat did not work nor dod the fan in the bathroom. I reported both of these to the front desk.

There were no working ice Machine on 3 floors. I was able to get ice at the bar right away .. and with a smile.

Nice area. Pretty and clean lobby area.comfortable beds and pillows. Spacious. Free parking Carpets were old. Room was spacious but bathroom very outdated peeling wallpaper, lights rusted, no fan to clear steam. Mold in shower and on shampoo and soap bottles. Lights flickered in bathroom. Couch in room old dirty broken down I would not go near that.

The carpet in the room was dark and dirty with many old spot, and the shower had black mold growing in one of the corners.

The online reservation was the easiest to date. Check-in went smoothly and the lobby, room, and beds top rate. We liked everything about this hotel.

Stay here often, it's very nice and in a fantastic location for me. Only issues I had this time were noisy people above us (after 12 am, NOT a property issue at all), a very weak shower head and the cell/wifi service was not working properly. But, I will absolutely stay here again!

A very nice hotel. And it was in an area where restaurants for breakfast or other along with an ice cream parlor were available right in the plaza with the hotel for a short walk.

Tired, outdated. Dirty vents, cracked sink, stained couches and stained carpets. pealing wallpaper. Gross grout in the shower.

Enjoyed our one night in a clean, comfortable suite, recuped from a long drive . Felt modern and upscale without being pretentious. Good restaurants and shopping nearby.

Exceptional

Beds were kind of hard for me, bathroom door would not shut all the way and sign on 3rd floor stated there was a ice machine, found out theres only a machine on 2nd and 4th floors after not finding one, but desk help got us ice at the bar.

Hotel is very good. I spent one night only but I had a good experience. I would recommend the hotel and location. It is close by Costco and a mall with many stores, and restaurants.
