The pool was dirty all weekend I talk to the staff if they could clean it but she just gave me a dirty look and told me she will get to it but never did

We arrived the site earlier and was able to check in right away. Staff were very kind and cheerful. The facility was clean and had variety of breakfast selection.

Location The pillow case had dumped smell to it like it wasn't wash properly or not changed.

The staff was really friendly and helpful and, I enjoyed my stay here with my family. The location is outstanding and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while in Arizona.

I like the location, size of the room and the staff! This time, the room had an odor. It smelled like wet dog.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, it was very peaceful and a relaxing atmosphere. There wasn’t anything to not like 10/10

The walls seemed paper thin. Could hear neighbors all through the night and morning.

Staff was super rude at check in. It was actually gross how rude she was. It smelled like sewage in the hallways. I book this months ago, luckily it was only one night here but I'll definitely not be coming back

Restrooms!! They had a bathmat, step for shaving legs, bar to hold onto, sturdy doors, and plenty of towels. It matters to me because my Mom doesn't need a handicap room but still want her to feel safe.
