Convient and easy accessible to market & temples Narrow approach road

Property is new. Worst location, surrounding by smelly swamps with stinky water. We had to walk through dirty streets to get to the property. Would not recommend for the price offered, there are better options closer to the temple compared to this.

Situation

It¿s very poor, very rude hotel staff cleaning DIRTY and all complaints no word to explain.

Except that it is 5 mints walking from the temple there is absolutely nothing to like about this hotel. Our worst experience . Shortage of staff , extremely rude behaviour of staff, smelly bathroom, dirty lobby. We couldn't reach the hotels gate directly in our vehicle due to police road closure so we stopped somewhere nearby with our luggage and children and elderly parents. After many followup the hotel sent some one to pick us up and the staff refused to carry our luggages . He walked ahead of us while me and my husband had to carry all our luggage . Pathetic start to our stay .... once we reached we saw the hotel was very dirty and running on generator. Apparently there was no electricity the previous night. We kept praying that we don't have any issues. The lobby was full of plates and used cups which stayed in the lobby throughout our stay . No one cleaned it up . Overall the worst ever experience . We paid Rs 27000 for 2 rooms for 1 day stay which was exorbitant rate but no facilities whatsoever. Almost every person in the hotels was fighting on some or the other issue with the staff . I am unable to understand how they have got 4 star .. impossible .. . I would have preferred staying a few km away rather than this hotel.. Also there are no toilet tissues , toiletries .. nothing at all provided . The towels provided was very dirty

Liked the staff and their hospitality and care. Also liked the fact that it is at a walking distance from the temple Approach to the hotel. We had tough time reaching there. Cars and taxis can’t reach hotel. It is in a narrow street with no proper access. Other problem we faced was the payment. I booked it on booking.com (as I do worldwide) and assumed that the booking is confined by that hotel. But when we called hotel a day before arrival they said we have to pay full amount directly to hotel in advance. We were not aware of that and our booking was just at the verge of cancellation without any information to us. .

Nothin Everything

The location of hotel is very near to ram janam bhoomi temple. If you are reaching Ayodhya via flight or train and looking for accommodation near ram mandir. This is perfect in such case. It is walkable and easy accessible to reach to temple. Being near to temple has its own side effects. If you are going via car (which was our case) and planning to stay in this hotel. Car entry is not allowed during rush hours (normally early morning till 10:00 pm) and if somehow you manage to reach via car, you will not be able to take car out during day time.

I had a horrible experience staying at RBS Hotel. They offered me Indian Toilet rooms and the toilet stinks. It was near Ram Janam Bhoomi, inside a colony, and the road was in terrible condition. The receptionist's behavior was horrible, and he told me that you have no right to ask for any facility from hotel staff, for any requirement you can contact Booking.com directly. He said the hotel staff is not answerable to you.

The location is near to market and temple. The website has added western toilet images for deluxe room which is not true.

The booking was cancelled by the hotel on the app without any information after the checkout was done.
