Name: orchid group name is misleading. Nothing to even closely coming up with the same standard. Towels in bathroom one is good. Other one is old rough and discolored after many washes and end of its lifetime of use. Not to be seen in an orchid group hotel. Location: next to major highway. Nothing else close by that makes it an advantage to stay here Price: charges an orchid luxury hotel group rate for a budget motel facility Communication: no other language other than Hindi. Service: no service at the restaurant. Messed the the takeout breakfast. Had a to wait 15minites for a coffee and was given barely warm coffee Facility: a big let down. A building that is being built 5feet away. Felt like you can walk from roof to roof without jumping. would be a good one for bed and breakfast/family run facility. Small room size for a luxury but ok for budget motel in a big city. You can see an unfinished wall that you reach with long stick out of your window.

Very far from the temple and very pricey for the facilities it offers. It's probably more 3 stars than 5 stars.

Good breakfast spread, distance is pretty ok to the ram mandir and very short drive to the airport. Serving time at the restaurant needs improvement.

breakfast was costly - it was rs.500per person buffet & many similar level hotels offer many more varieties with lesser rate bathroom drainage smell was affecting entire room (room no1007) - 3 times staff did cleaning just trying to cover up the smell with scent BUT root cause was not resolved. Alternate room was offered in a different floor & i could not move away from other 2 rooms booked by same family. Staff in reception is taking this lightly & reporting this to climate change & rain, etc, which is not at all the valid reason - just they are not serious & giving irresponsible answers. Actually i need refund for same, as the rate was already tooooo costly & this kind of room is not at all acceptable

Small rooms and price of rooms is very expensive compared to other metro cities. Price to value is not justified as all hotels in Ayodhya are gauging customers based on demand.
