Location is good. walking distance 400m from hanumangarhi.800m from Ramjanmbhumi. Location is good but hard to find the location. the front shown in photos does not exist. Entrance of hotel so cheap look like small guest house like bus stand road side guest houses. How did BOOKING.COM add this property? do'nt behave like OYO. Lobby, stairs were not clean. Rooms looked good. But lights were not working. After 9-10pm room services had been stopped because none at reception picked the phone call at 36 number. New guest, if you are ready to compromise above things, you can but dont compromise with security. This hotel is not safe for family. Uncivilized, rude staff rendered here and there in lobby, corridoor. Their kitchen is on 2nd floor. Keep open door of kitchen, they listen very very very loud music, that are so much disturbing and feel like we are staying at road. Food is just LIKE THELA WALAS. House keeping staff make food for guest. Bathroom commode seat were broken. Very less water from hands jet. We got hole in given towel. I demand my money back and compensation of tortures from BOOKING.COM . Because it is listed as 3star hotel on this plateform. Due to 3 star hotel I had chosen this and spoiled one night in fear of security. I also demand to remove this listing from your plateform so that other Travellers will not be able to select this bad bad bad hotel.
