Excellent The pool

El hotel es muy bonito y se encuentra justo enfrente de la laguna, la habitación tiene buen tamaño y la decoración está bonita. La limpieza de la habitación pudiera ser mejor, el piso se sentía sucio y el sofá tenía varias manchas y marcas qué nunca ha sido lavado. La distribución está curiosa porque la puerta dea regadera choca con el retrete y la parte de arriba de la regadera, para ser un cuarto con tanto espacio pudieron hacer el baño las grande. El baño no tiene ventana y por lo tanto se guarda la humedad y se nota por manchas en la pared. La comida está ok pero se sentía demasiado grasosa, siempre qué pedíamos algo de comer nos molestaba el estómago. Los ingredientes de la comida no son de tan buena calidad. Hagan lo que hagan no le pidan al staff tours ni mucho menos que les reserven un viaje en taxi, ya qué ellos se van a querer quedar con una "pequeña" comisión y ellos son los que les dictan los precios a los taxis (un taxi incluso nos lo confirmó). Así que si te ven billetudo te van a querer sacar hasta el último cebra centavo. Por un viaje al aeropuerto, que directamente con un taxi o incluso Uber sale máximo en 500 pesos. Ellos querían que pagaríamos 800 pesos, vaya comisión de 300 pesos. Muy sonrientes y todo pero solo le quieren sacar dinero a sus huéspedes. Qué decepcionante, no me imagino cuanto le cobrarán a un viajero extranjero.

The property is situated on a beautiful spot in Bacalar. The staff was not attentive, there were too many guests, it was impossible to get a lounger on the lagoon or next to the pool. We were moved rooms the ground level ones have no privacy.

Location was great ! There was not enough light in the room. The vanity mirror was too high .

We were a group of 6. It was an amazing experience right from the beginning . The deck on the water is amazing to relax at. Finally the staff and service is excellent. One of the best I have experienced. Super convenient, quick to respond and the sweetest gestures to make you feel at home. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and our stay special. Would highly recommend. A little outside the city and the The rooms we had didn't have a clear view of the water.

Close to the Ado bus station. Food was very good. The restaurant never answered the phone for room service. The room did not have ANY comfortable chairs for sitting or eating. Partial lagoon view also has a terrible view of local homes next door. Bar is hidden in back and not any place you can enjoy the views. Staff was ok but did not always complete requests. I couldn’t get additional bottles of water that I asked for twice.

Everything, the gardens , the room service . It will be nice if they have kayaks and paddle boards.

It’s a beautiful boutique hotel right on the water. It was clean, the staff were very helpful and the food was great!

Place was a combo of perfection, from the lakefront pool, the silence of the lake and the service

The staff went above and beyond with their courtesy and helpfulness at every moment. Their genuine care and attentiveness made my stay not only comfortable but truly memorable. From the warm greetings to the thoughtful assistance, every interaction reflected a deep commitment to hospitality. The noise every night above our room was a bit disturbing.

The stunning location and views to Bacalar lagoon, Beautiful gardens and rooms. Everything was great!

The property is intimate, with very attentive and friendly staff. It is well-designed with beautiful vegetation and lighting and use of organic materials and colors. The orientation is East/slightly Southeast, giving you a majestic view of the daybreak and sunrise over the spectacular Bacalar lagoon— which you can jump into or step into right off the private dock and pier. We enjoyed daytime and nighttime swims by the pier and it was exquisite. The showers had fantastic water pressure and plenty of very hot water— a rarity in this area! And felt soooo good after the long day out on the lake and hot sun. The in-house restaurant’s breakfast foods were great— beautiful amd generous fresh fruit plate with homemade yogurt was the best I’ve had in a very long time. We did our research and we knew this, but since people don’t research properly and then complain inappropriately, I will leave one note here- the hotel is NOT WALKABLE TO THE TOWN. You will need a car. We had a car, so I have no information about availability of other transportation. Just know you are not “in town,” you are about 2km North of town.

They were amazing, kind and helpful. Facilities were spotless and comfy. The palanquetas are the next level! ? Everything was perfect!

Brand new and good quality. The room has a bath tub in the entry but no privacy at all if you’re not on the second floor

Gorgeous place, kind and attentions staff, clean and beautiful rooms. We loved staying there for our honeymoon. No mini fridge in the room. For such a hot climate I’m surprised many of the hotels we stayed at didn’t provide a mini fridge which is a bummer cause any time you want a cold beverage or even cold water you need to spend a lot and order from the hotel’s restaurant.

The hotel is very very small, though really nice. The room was incredible! they upgraded us for free to the suite viewing the Lagoon, amazing view and balcony. Also, the staff were really really nice and attentive to every request we had. Also, the pool and the downstairs to the Lagoon is really nice. I'd say the food was not good, location was far from the city center (We wanted this but with food being not that good it was a disadvantage for us)
