Beautiful location by the water. Clean facilities. Lovely decor. Locked bike garages are a nice touch.

Convenience, delicious food, and very cozy bedding!

The food was very good and the vegan offers too. There was a very strong smell in the hall and also in the bedroom. The bed nor the pillows were comfy. The fact that the reception and the sauna are far away from the house where the rooms are is very inconvenient. The rooms are definitely not 4 stars standard.

Thanks for the live music in the morning! We had a great time and enjoyed much the activities proposed! Dinner (buffet) is excellent but expensive : 45 to 55€ per person Bathroom is fine but rather looking sad.

The amazing ambience and design plus the food. Best breakfast buffet I've ever had. Also the free activities each day, ie hiking and ?♀️ The morning the yoga teacher did not show up. The lack of sufficient lighting in the room.

Hotel is in a good location, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The breakfast was also nice. The room had a very distinct smell, like stale mould. While everything looked clean, the smell was overwhelming. The window could only be opened a tiny amount so there was no chance to get fresh air to make the room smell better. The reception desk is not in the hotel building and is instead 500m away inside another hotel. This is very confusing, there were no signs or information given in advance, so I walked around the entire hotel for 15 mins before another guest told me where to go. When we did get checked in and went into the hotel, there was a snake crawling along the stairwell. I understand that wildlife can sometimes enter buildings, but it's not what would be expected to find inside a hotel.

The location was great, I loved the views etc. Also the guided tour/hike was really amazing 1. I had spiders in my room (not one, not two, but many) 2. There was no lift, I had to use stairs and stairs were constantly turning. It's super hard if you had knee surgery few months ago

Good location, nice interieur in the restaurant, good breakfast - We arrived at the Hotel for check-in and didn’t find a reception. We went in circles in and around the house for 15 min, when other guests came by and pointed out that the reception was 1 km away in the main village. We didn’t receive any notice about this setup with the confirmation exchange with the hotel. The least they could do is put up a sign at the hotel. Really bad customer experience. - Room: Our room smelled awfully - like rotten, old carpet or something. We kept the windows open all times, but it didn’t change. We couldn’t change the room, as reception is about 1 km away from the hotel and closed early. Our room was facing the Elbe and the train tracks were really loud, there are trains all through the night and we woke up several times because of the noise. The pillows are awful, the are hard like stone, rectangular shaped and there is stiff-neck guarantee when sleeping on them. They are really thick, so we could not find a comfortable sleeping position with them. The wallpaper in our room was dirty and in need of a fresh paint. We had cobwebs around the room and removed 6 spiders in total. Restaurant: Dinner is quite pricey, taste is just mediocre. Just because it’s „bio“, doesn’t mean it tastes better. Staff was not very friendly either.

The staff were friendly, the hotel is in a beautiful village on the Elbe, Tesla charge point worked perfectly (there's also a public charger in the local parking lot). The bar and restaurant were great and breakfast was very good. The pillows were very thin and the curtains did not block any light, so it was an early morning with a stiff neck!

This area is incredibly beautiful. Stunning. Some very charming vendors throughout. the beer garden at the mill was absolutely exceptional. This is a preference but it was definitely a night of no sleep. The beds are so hard that I couldn’t even lay on it. There were trains that ran all night long. The WiFi is extremely shotty which is an issue if you need it to communicate as an international traveler. Be aware that this hotel doesn’t have staff. The check in desk is a 5-7minute walk into town which is tricky especially if you need something.
