The facilities are beautiful, very well thought-through, and fastidiously clean. The hosts and staff were friendly and professional, and Karin’s punch bowl (maybe a little spiked!) and music quiz were a pleasant way to spend the evening and get to know other guests. We had an absolutely lovely stay! The air conditioning did not seem particularly cooling in the evening, which was unfortunate during this heat wave! However, it was still just cool enough to sleep.

Breakfast and dinner exceeded expectations. While the food is certainly German, it's a lighter version of specifically local foods. We appreciated this a lot since our stay was in the summer. Breakfast offers enough variety that we did not tire of it during our three day stay. The views are beautiful, and the staff is friendly. We have no complaints.

Very clean and beautifully maintained family run hotel. The water temperature in the heated pool was perfect. Additionally there is a Tepidarium and 2 saunas (for female & male). Lovely outside terrace surrounded by the beautiful forest. Very spacious double room with large balcony. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Good selection of breakfast with cold cuts, cheese, pastries, breakfast cereals, omlette, fruits, yoghurts........etc.

We had a great stay at hotel Anna together with our 1 year old. The ladies were all very friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable & clean, breakfast and dinner were fresh. We enjoyed the heated indoor pool and Spa facilities and were even able to book a massage on site. It was truly a great and relaxing stay. No remarks.
