Kubu Belona Canggu

I really enjoyed my stay at Kubu Belona Canggu. The place is clean, peaceful, and beautifully designed. The pool area is very relaxing, perfect to chill after a long day. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. The location is also great—close to restaurants, cafes, and not far from the beach. The only small downside was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit slow at times, and there was sometimes noise from nearby areas. But overall, it didn’t affect my stay much.

All in all, the location is highly strategic. It is conveniently situated near a shortcut that connects various areas nearby Canggu, making it an ideal spot for exploring the region. The staff were genuinely friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist whenever needed, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. At the same time, the property offers just the right balance for those seeking privacy, with a good distance from busy surroundings, making it a great choice for anyone looking to unwind without being disturbed. Whether you’re here for relaxation or to explore, the location and service make it an excellent choice. Due to the location, the traffic is extraordinarily busy, with motorbike noise starting as early as 6 a.m. and continuing until 11 p.m. The constant sound can feel overwhelming, making it difficult to relax during quieter moments. If you spend most of your day outside, this might not be an issue, but for early sleepers, it can be quite frustrating. Wearing earplugs becomes a necessity to get a decent night’s sleep, and even then, the noise can still disrupt your rest if the earplugs fall out. While this is largely an external factor, soundproofing improvements in the future would greatly enhance the overall experience for guests.

Great location close to everything, can even walk to some places Nice staff very helpful Extremely noisy, can barely sleep as the windows are really thing and facing the main road. I payed for a double bed, they put a sheet in the middle to connect the two beds, but it wasn't solid, so I ended up sleeping in a single bed. I payed double bed for nothing.

wifi, a tv and a little fridge, hot water, nice pool. Wardrobe/Cupboards. Had body wash. Very overpriced for what it was. Run down. Not properly clean. Open shower that wet the bathroom floor. Tiny little shelf in bathroom with no space to put toiletries. Noisy from bike traffic.

Overall this was a great stay, I ended up extending by a week. The room had lots of space, the bed was fantastically comfortable, the rising sun (and view) from the second floor was lovely each morning, and I really appreciated the private balcony at the back of the room. Location was just a touch outside the direct centre, on a road which sees light-ish traffic... Which is good, trust me. You'll hear bikes, but you won't be in the middle of the bike malestrom that is Canggu. Staff was kind and friendly. There were some issues with room cleanliness, and a very clogged shower drain upon arrival, but it was all addressed immediately. Several times staff claimed they would see to something minor (like, say, leaving extra toilet paper, etc.) and then wouldn't so I would have to ask multiple times. Not a huge deal, as staff were otherwise great.

Friendly staff. The room was quiet and clean without insects. Some old dusty storage furniture but overall good. The bed was good and comfy. Hot water was always available. AC worked well and quietly. The staff guys helped to get a good new scooter for a good price. The room had been cleaned everyday. The location was relatively close to everything. There were several eating places close by. Dusty old cabinet with drawers (we didn't need to use it). Rusty door lock needed some lube. It would have been nice to have a night light lamp.

Staff were great , room was nice size. Great air con and comfy bed. A little out of town so a scooter is essential. A few more sun beds around the pool would be ideal for when it was a bit busy.

Very clean and very well set up. The only issue is you can hear the water heater on the roof refilling which is very loud and kept me awake a lot of the night.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The property was clean and modern. Rooms and bed were both spacious. Price was fair! Location easy enough to walk to some restaurants or take a quick grab ride.
