The availability. The fact that this was the only accommodation available during G20 for one of the G20 official drivers to stay in. Everything. We paid full price for the driver, when he checked in we were told the room was full and they offered him to stay in the EMPLOYEE'S ROOM instead, since there was no other choice, he had to take it. WHAT A FRAUD.

I don't usually like to leave a bad review but we were very unhappy with our experience here. We had been in touch the day before informing them of our arrival time but there was no staff there on our arrival. My partner had to go across the road and ask someone if they could contact the owner to check us in. I'd say we waited maybe 20-30 minutes for the owner to show up. When he did arrive he tried to make us pay almost double than the agreed price on booking.com, saying OYO had put the price too low or something along those lines. After refusing to pay more than we had agreed, he showed us to our room which was very dirty, had cigarette butts in the sink, and the tap was literally a hose coming out of the wall. Luckily we were only staying that night and left early the next morning. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
