Property set up is excellent where by the garden is an oasis of peace and quiet. Rooms are large with space to sit. Restaurant is large and comfortable. The extractor in the bathroom was inefficient and left the bathroom very damp and wet. Housekeeping tried their best to dry it but once used it again became very damp.

The staff is very helpful,polite and courteous. They will help arrange local sight seeing and transport on demand and is reasonable to avoid going out and searching hassle.

The room was comfortable. The hotel is way out of the city of Gangtok so its location is very inconvenient if one wants to visit the city. There seemed to be no other guests at the time we were there so it felt very awkward and strange.

this property is clean and stag behaviour is good, in which Pramila rai is very nice behaviour bathroom accessories is not available. Food arengement is not proper but food quality is best

Good hospitality from the hotel staff. Special thanks to Operations Manager Mr. Deb who arranged our cabs for daily sightseeing and travel to Namchi at affordable rates. Some additional facilities like children's play area, gym, etc. could have been added. But I think the resort is working towards that.

Nice welcome by hotel staff by donning traditional white scarfs on the guests on arrival. Rooms are clean and have good ambience. The resort environment is nice and calm with trees, plants, flowers and small open fish tank/pond. Manager is quiet humble, polite and receptive to complaints. Wifi-not working, signal not good enough inside the rooms. Room was floor-slippery and wet initially, didn’t dry and become worse when aircon is put on. Subsequently, used hair dryer and aircon room heater to dry out. The. became better on subsequent days. There were Mosquitoes in the room. The manager did try to address the mosquito problems using the battery operated racquet and mosquito mats on the next day. No room service/no reception service between 8 pm to 8 am Hotel location is quiet far from main city and market area Resturant food taste is quiet average standards even though they tried to improve the food taste on next visits. Quiet small size for a resort.
