Very nice house, big room , looking new. Breakfast ok. Very nice and helpful hostess. mattress is too soft for me. Takes few minutes to get to highway through busy town. Access road to house is a bit rough.

Modern and new amenities, beautiful pool.Comfortable bed. Almost no windows, little space to store things.

Passable

Lovely quiet location with a tranquil pool area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room could have done with a mirror at the dressing table and more shelves to put things on in the bathroom. The windows in the room were very high up and very little natural light was able to get in

It is located in a very quiet location down a small track and cannot be seen from the street. Lovely friendly host who went out of her way to help us out. Pool area was really good. Secure gates on property so we felt safe at all times. Maybe better signage on the road.

Clean and nice pool, surrounded by nature. Friendly and accommodating staff, that made us feel welcome from the first moment. Simple and tasty home cooked food. the crowing of the rooster, but that belongs to nature ?

The overal b&B experience was as expected: good breakfast, fine room, everything worked fine, plenty of parking. We did not use the pool but it was a great option. Finding the place is a challenge but the owner came to the gas station to guide us. So all good. If you visit Palermo, you are better off living in town, do not rent your car just yet. When you are done with Palermo, then rent a car and go about Sicily. Having the car was not great, finding parking in Palermo is a nightmare.

Extremely good hosting, the lady was very helpful and nice during our whole stay. The breakfast was very good. The coast is very close to the house. Small details in the (bath)room could be managed better.

Good continental breakfast. Very helpful staff despite language barrier. Thank you Google Translate! Difficulty in finding location despite sat nav! A sign on the road needed!

Great home made breakfast and cakes. Nice to have a pool on lazy days. Safe place to park your car. Main floor rooms. Shower in need of repair. Very little hot water.

It is a family-run B&B property in the suburbs of Palermo, located off the main road in a quiet neighbourhood. The owners are friendly and accommodating, there is plenty of parking space which is great for those travelling by car (as most are in Sicily). The property has an outdoor pool, a garden and a terrace. Our room had a high ceiling, three windows, a large bed, a desk and a wardrobe. It was clean and tidy. We did not want to stay in Palermo for the night, but wanted to visit the city nevertheless, so we found this option safer and quieter. It took us 20 minutes by car to arrive to Palermo city center. The property offers a nice breakfast, with many sweet options. Make sure you follow Google Maps directions when heading for the hotel by car, as the turn from the main road is not visible immediately. The property is reachable by car, but I imagine given the condition of the road leading to it, it wouldn't be the most convenient for those arriving on foot or in public transportation (it is not asphalted and mostly very dusty). Our room was facing the reception hall, so the noise from the breakfast in the morning woke us up. The shower glass door leaks and the water from the shower spreads on the bathroom floor and even in the room, this need to be fixed to avoid damage. For some reason we were also woken up around 5 or 6 am by the fireworks fired right next to the hotel like a cannon blast, and they were going off for 15 minutes or so, but I guess this doesn't happen much and we were simply this "lucky".

The location was perfect for our stay with a short distance to the beach. We will definitely come back soon!
