Location, breakfast and restaurant in the hotel! Simply fantastic. Super clean! The personnel from the hotel was arguing in the lobby. Frictions and tensions should have been addressed at closed doors.

Never heard of Bagnara before but when we couldn’t find an affordable place in Scilla I came across Bagnara and this hotel. Bagnara is a much less touristy town than Scilla with a beach, restaurants and a great town to people-watch especially at night. The room was clean and came with a wonderful buffet breakfast and views of the sea with gorgeous sunsets. The hotel is in the center of town close to everything. Safe didn’t work. No water provided.

great stay

Location is amazing, solid spot for stopping off coming or going from Sicily with a nice small town beech vibe. Easy access from ferries, freeways, and trains.

Noise, place needs an update. Bed sheets and comforter were very old and I got itchy during the night. Staff was very dry. Breakfast was ok. They ran out of some of the items and we need it to ask for them to bring new.

We loved everything about this centrally located hotel. Rosario the concierge is the best of the best - the epitome of what a concierge should be. Rooms were immaculate and clean, food was delicious and location was prime. Nothing, it had everything a small seaside hotel should have.

It was nice great location The underground parking was tricky getting into and out of
-
The rooms were large, with ocean view and were clean. I would highly recommend.

We stayed for a 10 days vacation. The room was facing the ocean, spacious, and vey comfortable. The ladies in the morning checked with us everyday to see if we needed any toiletries or towels. Everyone in the front desk was awesome! Rosario went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed! Short stroll to great food and gelato!!! The beach is right in front of the building!!! There is nothing to complain about the property.

Great location.Friendly and helpful staff.Nice rooms

Perfect location overlooking the beach
-
Great view if you select a room with the sea view Nice and friendly staff Underground parking available Good location for a pit-stop on the way to Sicily We couldn’t understand the habit of some local kids to explode their petards and pyrotechnics right in front of the windows for several hours, so it really ruined the sea view for my pregnant wife. The underground parking is for small cars only and you need to be a very good driver to maneuver down a tight tunnels underground, so use some help to keep you car safe:)

Staff were exceptional. Pierro, Rosario, Alex, Miriam and Luigi were outstanding. Pierro in particular went out of his way to make us feel welcome organise transport for us to and from the train station, plus a rental car for 2 days as well as maps of the local area to assist with our travelling. Alex also provided professional advice and information. If Bagnara is the heart of southern Italy, the Grand Hotel Victoria and Piero is the jewel in the crown. I can highly recommend all travellers to stay there for the generosity, professionalism and hospitality. Nil. Perfecto.

We were a day late, no response from booking.com but total understanding from the hotel as my friend had an accident. It kind of makes us want to deal with hotels locally rather than through booking.com We live and learn X We asked for a twin and was given a double but quickly rectified. The 7 euros private parking was to small for our pick-up

Good seafront location with stunning views. Proximity to station only 8min walk. Beach needs a good tidying & dredging. Terribly scruffy also every surrounding street had rubbish bags & litter around, really disappointing & disgusted with appearance. Not much to offer in town hardly any decent restaurants Wouldn't go again but we did enjoy getting about to places on trains Weather was absolutely gorgeous all week 27-29 degrees.
