Breakfast is wonderful. The room is big and very comfortable. I loved the patio. Swimming pool is nice and the private beach is cool! They should have a gym. And they have to update the reception area.

The gentleman who checked us in and out(same person) was very rude. Everyone else was great!

Beautiful property in great location with stunning views from terrace, rooms spaced out amongst the well kept gardens. Private beach is stunning and wonderful beach bar with excellent food and drinks. Service is fantastic from all staff throughout, complimentary upgrade and bottle of bubbles on arrival was a pleasant touch. Walking distance wonderful restaurants and bars. Pool area lacks atmosphere could have background music to attract you to use the area ..such wonderful new sunbeds but the pool isn’t welcoming either as not full up which is strange and not attractive to look at for a 5 star hotel.

The rooms are very comfortable clean, but should be updated soon.

Premium location, good breakfast. This is not 5star hotel, max 3,8 stars. Part of staff is uncompetent, dinner is poor. And most important - hotel applies segregation of guests according to the room category. This is unbelievably incredible… We ordered premium room and it was impossible to stay in it due to the artiffial fragrancies (we gues, this because of smoking in the room before). Hotel proposed alternative,- the only free room in the hotel. This is fine, but restaurant manager treated us as guests from “lower” lewel room. This is incredible in the “5 star hotel”. One of the poorest experiencies over 20 years of traveling in 4/5 star hotels over the world.

The views are incredible throughout the hotel and the place is spotlessly clean. The staff are so professional, are very attentive but not intrusive. Great variety for the breakfast. The piano player was amazing in the evenings. The private beach is a special edition and we would really recommend staying here for a relaxing break. The only feedback is that the evening menu may not suit all tastes but it’s what you expect from a 5 star hotel

the property is beautiful and the staff were really helpful and very friendly the only negative was that we went at the end of season, so being on a hill by the sea, it was very windy!

Room was stunning, very large and a nice outdoor space. Complimentary bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival was a really nice touch. Bathroom was lovely and lots of nice products to use. Staff were amazing across the whole hotel, especially reception, breakfast and at the beach. Food was really great - breakfast had an amazing selection (including champagne which was great) and the food at the beach was also really good. The beach was a standout feature of the hotel - beautiful private beach, amazing swimming area and nice for sunset also. Pool was pretty too with a great view. Location was absolutely perfect - a short walk to Phi beach or lots of other great restaurants. Short drive to Porto Cervo and lots of other areas. Really felt like a 5* hotel and we’ll worth the money. Clientele also seemed really nice vs. Other hotels we stayed at. Highly recommend to anyone. Nothing, it was perfect

excellent location attentive staff clean and new very good food supportive reception desk customer oriented place rather expensive but Thats what we’ve expected (no surprise) pool itself is rather small and hasn’t been kept clean the path to the sea was a bit too dusty and raw; it was a pleasant walk (no need for buggy), but better pavement and maintenance of the area nearby would be wise thing to do

We were on our honeymoon and it felt like we had the whole hotel to ourselves, which we were not expecting in July. It was a cool property and we liked how secluded it felt. We liked the secluded private beach a lot but it was a little difficult to get into the water because it’s rocky.

Even though it’s the last time I’m using booking platform because of their shameful behaviour this hotel was excellent, the best breakfast, very nice staff, good luxury rooms, best pool and view, amazing private beach. They poor some snacks outside the mini bar, we thought it was a gift in the end we been charged on it
