Everything was perfect. Beautiful location great staff great place to unwind and enjoy pure beauty.

You can’t beat the location! Friendly staff and the pool was a nice touch in a hot day. I was worried about the mixed reviews, but we had a great stay. When we first got our room, it was clean and smelled like bleach which I didn’t mind. The room was clean, however, I think they could have swept a bit more daily. Since we were in the first floor, a few bugs would get in. My pillow would always drop on the floor during the night and they never replaced it, they just put it back on the bed. The bathroom needs some updating and could be bigger.

Great staff. Nice facilities. The girl at the front desk, I think she was from Morocco, was very nice and helpful. The bed was horrible. They have us two twin beds when we asked for a double bed. The blankets were uncomfortable. Having to pay for coffee is a lot for the price. Wifi wasn't always good and went out.

Many of the lounge chairs at the pool had guest towels on them all day, making it difficult to find a chair. Not the end of the world, but a bit frustrating when the guests are nowhere to be seen.

the location was perfect very central to walk to town, restaurants, and phi beach. staff were so wonderful and helpful.

Cute little area, pool not too busy so always a place to sit. We stayed in the apartment, which actually isn’t a part of the hotel (wasn’t clear beforehand). This is located across a relatively busy street and has no cleaning service. The beds were very hard and the apartment is clean but dated (smells quite strongly of ammonia in the kitchen area). Beach is very crowded and food in the local restaurants is just ok and expensive.

Great buffet breakfast, location & views. It's easy to get free parking near the property if required, you just need to look for it. Very dated property and expensive for what you get - rooms are average at best.

The location of the property is really good. CLose to the beach, restaurants, bus stop and also a supermarket. One of the girl at the reception was really helpful and polite who recommended us beaches and restaurants to visit. We had a studio for ourself which was secluded from rest of the property. The house cleaning staff did their job pretty well, and we came back to a very clean room everyday. One of the guy at the reception was very rude and unprofessional. We asked for a iron(for which we had to deposit our credit card) and even then kept asking to return the iron, citing that we will damage the room or the iron. Secondly, we rented a car and parking on the property costed 10 euro/day (which we were not informed earlier) and the same person kept saying you need to pay 10 euros again and again as if we disagreed or are unable to pay. The property itself can be a 3 star, as it has one small pool, dated rooms, an average restaurant. The breakfast was also average with limited options. They have a fantastic location and a lot of potential, but needs more upgradation and maintenance.

Pool and communal areas were lovely. Rustic, homely feeling to the Garden Studio. Nice drinks from the bar. Staff were nice. Fantastic location! Breakfast was simple. Room felt like it needed a little bit of upkeep and the bathroom was a bit damp on arrival. No iron and must pay for ironing services. No free parking.

Baja Sardinia is a great town for staying near the Costa Smerlda. The hotel is located a short walk down to the beach and easy access to all areas nearby. The room had great storage and a nice balcony. Breakfast had nice choices and the staff were helpful and kind. The pool was nice and a perfect place to hang out after a day in the sun! The AC was okay and while others have said it didn’t work, we didn’t have any issues. The shower was small but great water pressure!

Excellent location at center of town, beautiful view, helpful staff Must pay for parking 10 euro per day

The location is perfect near the beach, shopping and restaurants. View from our room was spectacular. For the price, it was strange to have outlets that didn’t work, no in-room coffee (tea only), no conditioner (shampoo and body wash), and a/c that was less than adequate. Hotel is quite dated and appears to be operating on a shoestring budget.

Lets begin from the time we checked in, Filippo at the front desk was amazing, helpful and professional. He made sure that our stay from the start till the end was well perfect. He gave all the much needed information about Baja Sardinia as a whole and important tips about Porto Cervo. For us Filippo would be the star employee of Punta Est. I would also like to mention Bartender Ricardo at the pool bar who does amazing cocktails by making sure it is to our liking. We thoroughly enjoyed every cocktail he curated for us. The property is right next to the most pristine beach and many beautiful restaurants and bars. While taxis are expensive in this region, Hotel Punta Est was located in such an amazing location where we just walked to the most famous beach club Phi beach (18 mins walk) and Rituals Club (around 15 mins walk). There is a grocery close by which again allowed us to stock up snacks when needed. There is a information desk close by too where Valerie was of great help. The room view was mesmerizing with giant granitoid rocks and sea view around the corner. Rooms were spacious, airy and well lit. I would say this property looks even more better than the pictures on Booking.com. We were really amazed with our stay and would go here again if in Baja Sardinia. Breakfast was alright and could have more options.

HORRIBLE. Service was awful. Hotel receptionists were rude. The rooms were disgusting. No AC in the middle of summer and a broken shower that would flood every time someone would shower. Everything. It was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel.
