Beachfront Inn

Claudia at front desk and other staff that were on the days we stayed at the Motel were outstanding! They accommodated our needs without hesitation and were very pleasant and professional. Gas fire in evening was very appreciated, having the option to sit at the bonfire by the water was a bonus! Areas to sit outside were perfect and we were able to enjoy the waves, and peace of the lake; THE BEST part of the stay. Had we stayed longer we would have enjoyed the pool, bikes and kayaks! (For sure will next time we visit). Also, we will be sure to reserve a room facing the beach. Location was perfect to enjoy the charm of Baileys Harbor by foot.

Our favorite place to visit in Wisconsin. Safe and clean, right on the water, nice outdoor pool, and walking distance to gelato, coffee, and good dinner spots.

Nice location right on the water and walking distance to restaurants and bars. Rooms and bathrooms very small-no housekeeping service for multiple night stays. Breakfast was disappointing. Stale muffin and sour yogurt, that’s it.

I was very disappointed in the size of the room. It was extremely small and had no place to put any clothes or belongings. They had 2 hooks on the wall and one was so high up we could not use it. Luckily my husband left his shirts on the hangers so we could at least hang those up but there was no other dresser or place to unpack anything. You have to leave everything in the suitcase and take out as needed. Breakfast only consisted of muffins and donuts, nothing more. The only good part of this Inn is the patio. That's where it makes up for all the inconvenience. If you are only looking for a place to sleep then this would be good. If you are looking for a place to hang out in the evening and play games, the patio is where you would be but if it rains then you are literally stuck in your room as there is no other lounge area to hang out in. I personally would not recommend or stay there again.

Pool was cold for being heated.

It is a beautiful location. Cute room and very nice deck, outside seating and beach. The bathroom is tiny! The lobby doesn't open until 7:30 am. It is very inconvenient for early risers who would love to have a cup of brewed coffee on the beach!

Great location, friendly staff!

Good location, but the place is not as clean and modernly updated as advertised. WiFi worked on and off over our stay, kept cutting in and out. Carpet was old and had an odor to it, photos online were pretty deceiving to reality when we arrived. We made it work though.

Excellent location and spectacular view.

Excellent location, great view of the lake, and plenty of well-equipped spots for relaxation along the shore. The rooms are much smaller than in the photos, and not very clean.

The property is beautiful and each room has a gorgeous lake view. Very clean. Love the fire pits that are available to use. The young lady who checked us in didn’t give us much information about the property.

Location was perfect! Staff was very friendly. Small touches like the coffee available all day in the office was very thoughtful!! No elevator

Quiet place right on the lake. Perfect spot for relaxation. They have kayaks to use and the fire pits are nice at night.

We wanted to light the gas fireplace after dark, but could not, because the staff does not stay on site and the staff has to be there in order to light the fire. Only bummer

Exceeded expectations. Spectacular view of the harbor. Across the street from Chives, a next level restaurant. Nice pool out front, but it was still a little chilly to partake. Great location, nice facilities, a perfect Door County MOTEL. The Zoomer who checked us in was less than enthusiastic. I am guessing her mom or manager was in the office during the morning. She was very friendly and informative.
