Good location. Good price as per location.

Nothing. Unsafe environment and refusal to do anything when other guests were looking into my car and trying to open it.

No pillow covers, no shower mat, bad smell and so many things

I liked literally not a single thing. It was disgusting. The mattress was from 1990. Hair all over the ground. This is obviously a motel for one stop services, not an actual hotel for proper hygienic rest.

Big room. Advertises breakfast included but it isn’t. Just coffee. Shower wasn’t completely clean. Bathroom had about 5 sheets of toilet paper and when I requested more it took ages to get it brought up, I had to call twice. Only two towels which is odd for a 2 person room, who with no bath mat. Sink only runs warm and hot water, except for one obtuse angle where you can dribble cold water, which was pretty annoying. No bedside lamps, only the main room lights, which is unusual. Woman at front desk seemed like she really didn’t want to be there and had no explanation or apology for why it advertised breakfast included but didn’t have any. Sure just said, ‘it’s gone’, and that was it.

I did not enjoy my stay The instant sight of Roaches being the first thing, the first room with the critters had not been cleaned so the staff switched me to a "Better Room" 214, I had been driving for 7 hours so in I went...the space was badly kept, as in damaged trim walls and over all not well maintained to a bare minimum, with it being 9:45 pm i had little choice. The bed was cheap and of bad quality, I had to ask for towels and soap, none of the promised amenities where available. I got food up the road excellent Mexican spot and the prostitutes outside where very nice as I entered my room at 11 pm but also quite loud at times :( And NO breakfast as stated on your site

My stay at Super 8 in Bakersfield was one of the most disappointing and uncomfortable hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was apparent that the property lacked basic standards of cleanliness, guest comfort, and security. The most alarming issue was the apparent ongoing prostitution activity taking place on the premises. Throughout the night, there was a constant flow of men and women entering and leaving rooms. Groups congregated in the parking lot at all hours, speaking loudly, arguing, and smoking pot and possible other illicit substances. As a paying guest, one would expect basic comfort levels, ie quiet night rest. The condition of the room was equally unacceptable. Basic amenities such as towels and drinking cups were missing upon arrival. The cleanliness of the room was substandard, with visible footprints on the floors that suggested they had not been properly cleaned between guests. The overall condition gave the impression that housekeeping standards are either poorly enforced or entirely neglected. The complimentary breakfast was another major disappointment. The front desk person told us breakfast was from 6:30-9:30, but at 9:10 a.m, there was no items left, I asked for a cup of coffee, the host checked the coffee holder, said ‘ coffee is cold, if you like’ . What was advertised as an included amenity turned out to be little more than an afterthought. Overall, this hotel failed on nearly every level: cleanliness, guest comfort, safety, and service. The constant disturbances, questionable activities on the property, lack of basic room amenities, poor housekeeping, and disappointing breakfast made this stay highly unpleasant. I would strongly discourage anyone considering a stay here from booking this hotel and would recommend looking elsewhere for accommodations in Bakersfield, CA
