Everything here was ok just bad internet connection at times and depending on the time of day certain stuff members don’t have or know anything about hospitality

There were toenail clippings on the floor in the main hall. The sink was slow to drain. The room was spacious but had a weird smell. It was like a cleaner/fragrance mixed with something sour. The appliances were also definitely ran down. Maybe we just got a bad room. There is also a lot of homelessness prevalent in the area, however, the security ensured the property was secured. No issues there. There is also secured multi-door access on premises. There are also train tracks nearby and it was noisy. Overall, decent but would look into other options first.

Really spotless . Confortable room and loved the kitchen . Wouldve stayed longer but need to move closer so switching to the other location .

Great value for the price. The property felt safe compared to a lot of others in the area that we looked at. We needed a place that was dog friendly and this was the perfect choice. Rooms were big and clean. Surprisingly quiet despite it being 100% filled according to the receptionist. The one thing that almost ruined our stay was that they charged me the morning of our check in even though we were supposed to pay once we checked in at the property. My credit card flagged the charge as fraud and when I called the hotel and asked about it they assured me it was them and everything was fine. Once we arrived they told me that our reservation was canceled because my card declined. I was surprised since none of that was communicated when I called and I had no emails or messages notifying me of this. They said since I booked 3rd party they had no way of reaching me which is strange because that has never been an issue in all the years I’ve used hotels.com….but oh well. They told me they only had one room left so we took it. Other than that the staff was helpful and friendly.

This hotel was horrible,they stole 76 dollars off my credit card and charged me for an extra night that I didn't stay for,bad hotel and staff was rude

Not sure what to say but maybe complimentary toothpaste would of been nice but it was just 1 night stay just passing by, the area feels a bit sketchy

Parking had security guard in fornt. Back parking didn't. Not a big deal. Checked in around 11PM. You need to notify (call) using house phone then they open up front desk. Again, not a big deal and efficient, just a bit odd. Really zero complaints.
