Resort is very good espicalky ?pool

Location.Pools were of good size and properly maintained. The owner of the place met us the first day and seemed like a kind man. It was either a bad week of the year but the hotel had zero hustle bustle that we were expecting for a seaside resort. The first impression of the hotel was like it was in some deserted town. looked like it was just us in the huge facility for the first day. All the mentioned facilities like spa and breakfast restaurant etc were located in the next hotel. No staff/lifeguards around the beechside, I had to drag the lounge chairs by myself. Be very careful with the cards. The receptionist charged us 10 manats for misplacing the card (door-key) which I lost while we went for a swim in the other hotel.

The property, with its beautiful beach along the Caspian Sea, was absolutely perfect, but what truly made our trip exceptional was the incredible staff. Their helpful, supportive, and friendly approach stood out throughout our stay. We encountered some difficulties ordering a taxi due to street closures during the Formula 1 event, but the hotel manager personally stepped in and kindly drove us to our destination. The reception staff, cleaning team, and all other employees were consistently warm and welcoming, ensuring we had a wonderful experience. I can't thank them enough for making our stay so memorable!
