We booked this hotel as a stopover from Gabala to Shahdag and from Shahdag to Airport due to its location outside the city, to avoid traffic. There is a nearby mall with dining options and Bravo supermarket. The lighting in the hallway and rooms was dim and does not give very welcoming feeling. The artwork in the room can be classified as nude and does not consider families with young children.

The rooms were spacious and in satisfactory condition. The location of the hotel makes it easy to acces the main road and there is a nearby new mall with many eateries. The breakfast is basic. Dear management the paintings hung in the room are indecent and do not consider that families with young children will stay in the rooms.

The hotel is next to an 8 lane highway. I was lucky to be able to change a room and get one on the opposite side. The curtains are not blackout. Therefore, don't count on a good rest after a long flight.

The Days Hotel By Wyndham Baku offers excellent value for money, standing out for its cleanliness and neatness. The true gems of this establishment are its staff members. Reception Manager Mr. Asim is a standout, demonstrating sensibility and a strong understanding of guest requests, facilitated by his commendable English proficiency – a refreshing find in Azerbaijan. He was instrumental in ensuring a pleasant stay. Similarly, Mr. Faris at the restaurant provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even assisting in ordering specific food from outside to cater to our preferences. The daily breakfast was good, providing a decent start to the day. However, there were a few drawbacks to our 8-day stay. While the breakfast was initially good, it became quite repetitive over the extended period. The rooms, while adequate, are moderately sized – neither particularly spacious nor overly cramped. The hotel's location is a significant consideration; it's situated a bit far from the downtown area, requiring a 4 to 6 Manat Bolt taxi ride to reach the main attractions. There isn't much to see or do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, making it more of a convenient place to sleep rather than a base for exploring on foot. A notable discomfort was experienced with the bedding. Despite requesting and being assured of a double bed, we were provided with two single beds pushed together. Unfortunately, a height difference between the mattresses made for a somewhat uncomfortable sleeping experience.
