عمال النظافه عندي مقلط عليهم ان ماينظفون فقط يبدلون القمامه وانتون بكرامه حتى الحمام بس يمسحون المنظره حتى اول ماجيت اني نظفت وصخ في الحمام وغسلته

Not ideal, but definitely worth the price. I stayed there 3 or 4 times and all the time you receive a predictable level of service. Unfortunately in Baku many small hotels even with 10 rating on booking are places you don't want to stay, so big hotels like this one are much more reliable choice There is no central ventilation in the rooms, so you have to open the window from time to time to get fresh air.

The absolute plus of this hotel is the location which is very central and the second would be the most generous and professional staff, specifically Subhan and Elnura. They were absolute gem and made sure the stay was absolutely fantastic and all requests are met and catered professionally. Keeping in mind the hotel is a very old three star hotel, expectations should be kept accordingly. However few things could be improved: 1. The carpets and curtains in the rooms should be changed and kept clean and perfect. It is absolutely distasteful when the curtain is torn or falling from the side. Or when the window is loose at the hinge. 2. Lighting of the room, which was plain white, creates a terrible ambience and kills the cozy environment of the room. Dim yellow lights, lamps, ambient light is what makes atmosphere more welcoming. 3. There is free parking on the property at the back for the guests, however the its very compact and youll have to leave the keys at the reception so that the cars can be maneuvered for all guests coming and going.

They have free parking and very responsive staff. They are always one message away. We just asked for a change in the room and they did it within a minute. 100% would recommend to all.

Location of the property is good, rooms very clean and comfortable staff were very supportive.. Break fast was fulfilling Hotel parking is not good , however public parking outside hotel was very much open and available.
