They also forced me to buy a swimming cap for the same price of $12, regardless of the size. - Poor Room Maintenance: The rooms were not well-maintained, and one of my rooms had an issue with the shower head. - High Price: Considering the price of $980 for three rooms and three nights with city views, the hotel didn’t offer good value for money. - Dirty Windows: The windows in my room were very dirty, which added to the overall unpleasantness of the stay. The hotel is very well located with different shopping malls that have convenient restaurant choices right next to you making it easier to dine without going too far even its own restaurant had good choices. The beds were very comfortable (though there were 2 in 1 when we asked for double), the room is spacious the shower is good.it has a big climatized pool, breakfast was ok with choices and well presented plus a station to make eggs on demand. Overall excellent experience Breakfast has a lot of variety but i would have appreciated more options for lactose intolerant guests like vegan yogurts... overall the hotel was very good

Staff was very helpful, especially reception desk people and Irada cleaning lady. Location is pretty much ideal for any stay in Baku. Sauna and steam room are very good. Note that they are separate for men and women, in the changing rooms. Breakfast is very decent - nothing fancy, nothing spectacular, but nothing to complain about. Bed was way too soft, pillows were softer than I would prefer (so, not enough support for neck) Shower door was leaking a bit, had to mind where to direct the shower Gym is fine, but could have been better, equipment is cheap and not in the best condition, air conditioning in gym is mediocre.

Very nice and accommodating staff. Good facilities. 24/7 food service. Bed bugs problem. I was bitten all over. Scared they may have gotten into my suitcase.

Price performance hotel, it was better than I expected. Location is perfect, rooms are large. There was a hair in my room when I first checkin-in to room. But after I told it to the reception, they cleaned it quickly and there was a fruit plate in the room.

Location was great, staff was very friendly, and room was clean with comfy bed. I also received an upgrade, and got a room with sea view. This was a nice addition to my experience. Thanks for the team. Not much in minibar. However, location is perfect. Therefore, you can find plenty options around, and I believe can order to your room directly from options in the hotel. Yet I haven't tried ordering to room.

The location is great - right in the city centre and everything is available on foot, but still easy to get to and from the airport. For dinner we went to the nearby restaurant Fillet House, where we were served the best sturgeon steak I’ve ever had in my life. On arrival I was positively surprised - our room was upgraded to a suite with a sea view. The room was clean, the view was perfect, and there was a welcome note and fruits. The staff was helpful and breakfast with the city and sea view on the 18th floor was outstanding. Parking in the garage for hotel guests is free, which is positive. However, we got lost in the garage - there are no signs or pointers to the entrance to the hotel, so we ended up entering the wrong building. The hotel should consider adding them
