Nothing Not clean, everything is very old, noisy, air conditioning does not work, showers and toilets are not clean with outdated facilities, I booked 4 nights and after one night of suffering I moved to another hotel. Hostel level and it is not clear how it is rated 5 stars.

very bad hosting no one helped me with luggage even though there is no proper entrance you have to climb stairs to reach the lobby. It is a poor and old facility and I have slept in a very cold room the heater not heating well.

Break Fast little bit. Didn’t get what promised. We were four and reservation was showing 2 queen size beds but in actual one bed was queen size and one was single bed. Then he provided mattress only with extra charge.

The lake shown in the pictures is not true. It’s just a mass of dirty water Breakfast buffet is not there. They serve you in plates and that very limited options

The staff knew English and were helpful. The room did not have a working TV, I had an issue with the washroom that wasn't fixed till the time I left. Cleanliness of the room wasn't upto the mark. When I checked in after a long flight, there was no water or tea in the room. I had to buy some toiletries myself such as toothpaste, shampoo, toothbrush etc.

Most of the doors are not working & so many times lift was not working when I stayed,internet was not working most of the time even if it’s works it was very slow

Nothing 3 Rooms booked in Booking.com for 6 Adults and 4 kids. We reached hotel at 1AM night. When we reached the hotel, we have been welcomed by mosquitos and reception with No AC or Fan. There was a receptionist who cannot understand English and his behavior was very worst. The rooms shown to us are with bad smell, Nasty toilet, non washed cloths and non working AC's We asked for drinking water, they told not available. Ltt of more bad experiences Breakfast is little ok comparing to hotel cleanliness, staff behavior and facilities
