I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference. The Baku Convention Center is very close (5–10 minutes by Bolt). The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. What I want to emphasize most is the exceptionally kind and welcoming hotel staff. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but I have never encountered staff as friendly as this. The reception team helped me every day with ordering a Bolt, even stepped outside with me to locate the car, assisted with communication, and provided all possible advice and guidance. Since I stayed for 12 days, they greeted me daily with a warm “Is everything alright? Do you need anything?” I genuinely felt at home. The housekeeping team and all other staff were also wonderful, smiling, and warm. Thank you for everything dear people of West Shine Hotel!

Location, price, staff ? Room size was different from what is shown on Booking. Com ( very small) very hard to move inside the room specially when you have luggage... Breakfast was OK but not perfect

Hospitality the way welcome you with a Smile Mara & always Rizwan is there to be support and very helpful & Samir he’s there to take care of you to show you property hand very helpful staff and you never feel @ hotel. It’s Really they’re trying to make you Feel that @Feel at home They’ve to upgrade the Menu in the breakfast it’s really not so good that I expect

Simply, the room. It was huge and gave a feeling of openness so added to the feelgood feeling of a trip. Breakfast menu could be improved. The dishes available were good but a little more variety would really add to the value.
