Hot water was working very bad and breakfast was the worst i had ever seen
-
The location was perfect! Plus the front office staff, especially Yousef They could improve on cleanliness especially in the bathroom

The hotel's location is excellent, close to many restaurants, Nizami Street, and the Old City. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. Thank you for the excellent service. nothing.

I liked the hotel very much, the location is very good, staff is very polite and helpful, breakfast was nice, my room was quiet, bed was comfortable and I had good night's sleep. Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Also, price was very good and quality/price ratio was very high, compared to European hotels. Room was clean and had everything I needed - comfy bed, AC, refrigerator, hair dryer, toiletries and good shower area.

The location is right on Nizami Street, one of the most vibrant and lively areas in Baku. Everything you need is within walking distance, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The host and staff were incredibly generous, friendly, and always willing to help. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in the heart of the action. Room was bit small but no complains because location just did the magic for us. Breakfast was bit same everyday but it was good.

The place is small, cozy and nice. The staff were kind. Location is simply too good. Breakfast was cancelled on the first day without prior notice

Wasn’t clean especially the toilet was so smelly

Nothing Absolutely hated my room, there was an awful damp smell in my room and I'm highly allergic. The manager was not available until next day 9AM and the reception guy couldn't talk in english. I was stuck there for an hour helpless, and then moved to a different hotel for which I had to pay extra. Moss Art did not refund my money saying you booked with booking and there's no way to give your money back. Terrible experience!

The location is superb. Most of sightseeings and the sea are just in 5 minutes walk. Plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes serving delicious food. Staff was very helpful Rooms need to be repaired, seemed that curtains have not been washed for months and water closet was too tight with no shower door, though room service did their best

The hotel is in a very good central location, which made it easy to get around the city and reach most places without difficulty. The atmosphere was calm and quiet, and the interior was simple, elegant, and pleasant. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and always tried to help quickly whenever we needed something. The breakfast was tasty, and overall we felt welcomed during our stay. There were a few inconveniences that could be improved. Although the room looked clean, the towels did not feel fresh, and one replacement towel I received was old and slightly torn. The toilet paper supply was not always refilled, so I had to ask for it more than once, which was uncomfortable. The shower water took a long time to get warm, the bathroom itself was cold, and during our stay the shower head broke, although the staff fixed issues quickly when asked. Also, breakfast is officially served until 12:00, but when we came down around 11:00 one day, there was almost nothing left, and the dining area was too small to find seats easily. In addition, there was road construction outside the hotel, so going out meant dealing with dust and noise, and on the last day there was even a power outage, which made packing difficult.

İt is in the heart of the city, you can go everywhere by walk. Everything is fine.

Room was big and nice, The hotel staff were very nice too

Nothing

They arranged us a rent a car but there were lot of hidden charges. that made our trip a lot more difficult than we anticipated

This hotel is truly a hidden gem right in the heart of the city center. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated having a mini fridge, a kettle, and complimentary tea and water in the room, which were small touches that made the stay more comfortable. The breakfast was a wonderful bonus, with a fresh buffet and eggs cooked to order just the way you like them. It was a great way to start each day. The location is excellent, the price is very reasonable for what you get, and the overall comfort of the room really stood out. I also want to thank the amazing staff. The front desk team was always friendly, helpful, and kindly stored my luggage. Housekeeping and the breakfast staff were also incredibly warm and attentive. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. There was some ongoing street construction in the area, as the surrounding roads were being repaved. It was a bit inconvenient at times, but this is clearly outside of the hotel’s control.

Thank you Mr.Yusuf and one guy at night shift

NOTHING Nice pics only, super dirty in the room. The whole tourism industry is a scam in Baku. Shame on you!

The property appears well-located and the photos on the listing are appealing. The parking information was unclear and misleading. The listing states “public parking available,” but despite contacting the hotel multiple times before arrival, I was not informed that parking availability is not guaranteed or that nearby construction makes parking extremely difficult. Only after payment did the hotel clarify that guests must arrive and try to find a spot. Communication became dismissive when I raised concerns.
