The location is great and nearby to many wonderful restaurants and shopping options. The staff was also friendly and very helpful.

Near to the center and nizami street Service is not perfect and ther is outside distance 6 min walk from the reception desk and sleeping apartment

The property is bang on the Nizami Street which is the most happening are in Baku. Old town is just a 2-3 minutes walk. The rooms are spacious and since it’s a heritage building, they have huge balconies. The staff is very cooperative and the rooms have everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Everything was perfect. Rooms, lobby and bathroom everything was clean. We stayed here for four days and didn't had any complaints. It's right next to Nizami St so it was very convenient. The guys at the reception were very helpful. Especially Anaar, he helped me with my car parking payments. They were able to clearly communicate in English, a big plus for me compared to my previous hotel stay in Baku. In short, clean hotel and exceptionally helpful staff.

The room was minimalist and aesthetic and luxurious.

The staff was cooperative and responsive and location is right next to nizami street. The hotel has no lifts and has multiple steps to go up. If you are traveling with a baby or with stroller I wouldn’t recommend it. Hotel says 4 star on booking.com but in reality it’s a good 3 star boutique style small hotel.
