Kristal inn Hotel

Customer service, cleanliness (the scrawny lady with the glasses is extremely rude, she tried to steal our bag of chips and snacks because she apparently wanted the plastic bag to “replace the bin lining.” She also once cleaned the floor but did not put any sign because of which a friend of mine slipped and fell. When we complained at the reception, she said “you slipped because you were wearing the hotel slippers” and not because of her fault. - No water in the hand showers or bathing showers. - They clean the room every two days, which is super strange and it only includes changing sheets. No vaccuming, brushing, whatever.

The hotel staff are extremely friendly, especially the receptionist at 1 PM who suggested places to visit and restaurants. The hotel's location is excellent and close to various public transportation options. If I have another opportunity to visit Azerbaijan, I will definitely book this hotel again.

Very spacious rooms. Didn’t like the location much, very quiet and scary. Charged me 5 manat just because my 3 year old broke the pepper thing accidentally but I guess it’s justified considering it’s a 2 star. Breakfast is below average, only one lady there cooking eggs, by the time we went most of the stuff was finished and they didn’t refill.

Value for money and exceptional customer service. Everything was perfect but washroom could have been more clean and well maintained.

The hotel seems as 4-starred but when I arrived, I realised that it is 2-starred. That is at first totally unacceptable for me as a breach of honesty principle. As a matter of fact, every other thing was bad, such as breakfast. I asked for the gym, then was told that gym can be used with extra fee. If there is such regulation of the institution, customers shoıld be informed about it on booking, not at the front desk.

Everything, staff, location, cleanliness, all was good. If ever again visited Baku will stay in the same hotel.

The room is very clean and tidy, but bathroom had this foul smell. Other than that everything was fine. The breakfast at the hotel was good, offering a wide variety of fresh options… Everything was flavorful and well-prepared by the sweet lady. A great way to start the day! The location is very far and silent from tourist attractions . Also we face alot difficulty finding good restaurants to eat around the hotel. It would have been very accommodating if they had dinner options to order.

It’s very clean I can hear anything from other room. They need to put more variety for breakfast.

It is clean. The staffs were responding quick with information needed. The quick small breakfast is good for quick travellers. Although we checkout at 12.00, Ibrahim helped to keep our suitcases until 4PM due to our late flights.

Not very clean and room itself is not in a very good condition, furniture is quite old, looks like room need a renovation Construction noises on the upper floor, since it’s located in a residential building The hotel is very outdated Small refrigerator with lots of frozen ice that made it impossible to put anything in it
