Nothing This was the worse experience I’ve ever had. We were supposed to check in on 08-07-25, when we did the booking we got a message from booking.com saying that with the price paid we will be able to check in as early as 12:00am. In the counter the guy who never stops smoking said it wasn’t possible and that we need it to check in at 3pm. My husband, showed him the message and he still said no. He say we needed to pay for an extra day if we wanted to check in at 12:00am, so we did. We were tired for our long trip so we paid the extra money. That was not it. We were staying in Room 204 and I believe this floor was a motel. Every night people will come And go next day. They were having loud sex and you could hear everything. Please avoid the second floor. We choose this room because it was the only one with private room but it was the worse decisión ever. Specially if you have kids. I found this very disrespectful. Also, when we arrive we got a blanket with blood stain and dirty towels. Now I know why! I noticed and I immediately requested new ones. To make things worse, whoever is in the counter “ the one always smoking and the whole hotel smells like this, horrible not even healthy for anyone forgot to submit our passport to immigration so in our way back to Florida we have to pay 350 manat each. Around $412 dollars. I regret staying in this hotel and the money spent for lack of responsibility. we stayed in this hotel for 8 days and paid around $170, but what bother me the most was the money paid at the airport because someone didn’t do his work properly.. This hotel needs better management and shouldn’t be listed in booking..
