Great place by Balaton Lake, with comfortable beds, very clean, very friendly staff, and spoken English. Beautiful view of Balaton Lake. Lovely terrace. Train by passing quite often, lots of mosquitos

Great location, friendly staff and great value for money. The food options were sometimes limited but no problem for us.

The hotel was advertised as pet friendly, but our dog was not allowed in the restaurant, even not at its terrace. During 3 days cleaning was done only when specifically asked. In the 2-room apartment there was airconditioning only in one room. The foyer lighting was not working. I asked the staff on the first day to repair, but nothing was done.

The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. I felt comfortable staying there immediately. Every single person I interacted with was wonderful. They make you feel like you're staying at a luxury hotel.
