The hotel overall nice, clean, staff was nice and the jacuzzi area too, but we were a bit disappointed about the food choices. For breakfast there were hardly any choices, especially if you're vegetarian or don't eat pork. Sometimes the food ran out too early or simply there was no electricity so they couldn't make more eggs. For dinner also not too many choices, especially hard for kids, not to mention fussy kids. Zúza pörkölt is not exactly a popular dish for them? They should mention at check in that the parking is paying.

Everything! Nothing

The staff were friendly. Easy to park. The location was perfect and loved walking along the shore of the lake. The choice of buffet food for dinner or breakfast wasn’t good especially with a few dietary requirements and there was no alternative even o pay for. I booked a room with a balcony and as there was a plumbing problem at the hotel I didn’t have a balcony. They say it was an upgrade, but it didn’t feel like it.

The location is excellent. The room is big. The breakfast is OK. Sauna is old and small but still good. The dinner is bad.

Well located lovely villa hotel right next to the Balaton lake. The staff were very helpful and nice. Our room was very tiny, but the bed was comfortable, we have a partial view too to the lake. The breakfast was very delicious, dinner was ok. Our room was very small size and the bathroom was uncomfortably small and narrow. One person could barely fit, and the water was flowing out when taking a shower. The hotel next to the lake but it has no direct, private beach.

location is great, railroad in good condition, railcars too...silent braking no soap for washing, climatization not working properly, only as fan ,no temperature correction, restauration offer without fres vegs and poor value of fruits...it was hight season for local domestic product... f.e. tomatoes like from supermarket Tesco from the oppositie side of high road,

The only "complaint" is that the double bed would have benefited more from a larger sheet rather than two individual medium sized ones. Everything else was great. The hotel staff was exceptional - friendly, polite, forthcoming and extremely willing to help.

Location, view on the lake, georgious room Wellness was cold, range of food was not enogh for sucha hotel. True, there were only few guests. How that was possible on a beatiful weekend Saturday?
