I had a confirmed booking and when we arrived they said they didn’t have it and had no rooms available. I showed my booking.com confirmation and a confirming email from the hotel. I had to find another accommodation. Some fellows sitting around the check in area were very kind and helped us get to our new accommodation

Location. No aircon, only one small window…. don’t have good air flow.

Location - just a stone's throw from lots of food and shops. That fan was not provided. It would offer much comfort as the small windows can only be opened slightly and into the hallway.

Great stay, new building. Far from the crowd, quite place to stay. Hugh parking area. Will be back on Christmas
