Very quiet Very relaxing rooms excellent breakfast excellent

Stayed for 5 days but the room was not cleaned during the stay at all.

The hotel itself was really good however the surrounding area seemed to be a bit rundown. The room was very nice however only one elevator so took a little extra time to/from upper floors. A lot of construction folks were staying as well but all very nice.

The proximity to the road sometimes makes the location noisy. But the friendliness of the staff, complement this noise disturbance

The hotel is unkept, found two roaches in my room when i first walked in, thankfully the staff was willing to watch my room immediately m. So apart from their great staff, the entire place needs improvement at a whole.

The room stunk and i mean bad smell like mildew

Do not stay at this hotel. Go elsewhere. The staff was absolutely deplorable.

Hotel definitely needs updating. The ceiling in my bathroom was crumbing and you can tell it had been plastered over once before. House keeping never came. We had to ask twice. When they did come they left all the bedding roled up on bed for use to make the bed our selves. Breakfast was cold and they were always out of stuff. Our keys had be be reprogrammed daily.

We did have housekeeping replace towels but did not straighten bed which seemed a little odd

The entire second floor smelled like vomit and cigarettes

While the room was relatively clean, the entire hotel is old and in need of a major renovation. Our room overlooked the pool, which was covered by tarps and looked disgusting. Additionally, there were people wondering about the rear parking lot at all hours or the night. I worried that my car would be broken into (it was not). If you are an upscale traveler, do not select this hotel.

The staff was great and the location was convenient but I didn’t like how anyone could get on the elevator, we got followed on the elevator and that same man was knocking on our door at 4am.

Nice rooms. There was an issue with slow drainage in the bathtub and sink and it wasn't fixed, however, I managed

Everything was good the breakfast bar looked amazing I was told it closed at a certain time but it closed down early that was upsetting the mattress was not comfortable but all in it’s was ok

This wasn't the worst hotel I have stayed in.

We were unable to check in until 5 pm. Room was okay, stained areas in bathroom. Bedding appeared clean, foul smell to room. There were multiple staff sitting around while we had to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready.

Clean room, good breakfast and friendly staff

Everything was good except a roach was in the room and a ant was in my bed cover
