Very friendly staff. Close to campus and convenient

The bathroom door was broken No shower door/curtain (design) The room furniture was torn and very worn The refrigerator was not on/cold There was no toilet paper or towels The TVs didn't work I brought our concerns to the front desk clerk and she stated someone would bring up toilet paper, towels, and someone from maintenance would be up to check the TVs and the bathroom door. That did not happen our first day. Day two I went to the front desk to share no one brought towels, toilet paper, or looked at the TVs or bathroom door, and asked that our garbage be taken out. The front desk staff said someone would be up. Maintenance came just as we were leaving the hotel and fixed the TVs; no one addressed the door. No one took the garbage. No one brought toilet paper and towels; I got them from the front desk myself later than evening. I complained during check out and was told I would be reimbursed one day's stay. I called two days later to confirm when I should receive the refund and the amount was changed to 75% of one day and the csll was disconnected. I called back and spoke with a Hotels.com representative (very rude) and the refund was reduced to 50% of one day. I have attempted to contact the facility directly twice today and the call has been disconnected at transfer each time. HORRIBLE!

I came to stay for a concert and didnt get back until a little after 12am, I woke 15 minutes before breakfast was due to end but the staff were very understanding in letting me make a couple waffles in the midst of them cleaning up. When checking out the reception staff were helpful in holding my bags while I ran upstairs to grab some items I had left behind in my room. Overall a great stay and experience, would definitely recommend.

Location, beautiful buildings and rooms Hardly any food at complimentary breakfast

Staff was amazing. Valet also perfect. Room super clean and comfy.
-
We were turned away from another hotel chain due to global outage. They were able to accommodate us and our dog.
-
Everything was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was excellent.
-
Staff was nice, hotel overall seemed clean with the exception of the nail clippings left next to our bed in the corner of the room showed us maybe not everything is cleaned every time the room is cleaned for the next guest. Breakfast was very slim picking and almost all of the prepackaged foods (yogurt, milk, etc) were a day from their expiration date. The hotel restaurant was ok, sky deck was less than glamorous due to lack of tv use and cushions for the furniture. They also charged a party of 4 a "service" fee of 18%. Valet was very nice and pleasant. Hotel not in the best area. I kind of wished we stayed in inner harbor due to location but this wasn't the worst.

I love this hotel, the rooms are awesome, the staff is friendly, and it's in a convenient and safe location.
-
Shower was open door which lead to more water on the bathroom floor.
-
The hotel had all the amenities and service we could ask for during our stay. Thank you!

Parking is pretty ridiculous, $50/ night valet or find your own way off site with a parking garage. As far as the check in, check out and room itself, it is a great place to stay. Staff was very polite and helpful, the lobby is very nice and the breakfast is great. The food and view from the roof top restaurant was incredible.
