Convenient location and spacious rooms. My room had stairs, which was not mentioned during booking. It was fine for me, but it could be a disadvantage for families or guests with mobility concerns. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Facilities can be further improve in terms of TV and Air Conditioner remote etc. Another point to improve on parking system which is troublesome everytime to exit have to call the lobby.

the location was nearer to my training place and the facilities was good. The water goes down slowly in the sink. (in toilet)

i love it that i have all the room to myself. big and spacious. except there is no fridge no fridge in the room and that the hallway outside the room is kinda dark

The location was superb. Easy access from the highway. Plenty of restaurants, food stalls and sundry shop. The room was big but empty. No sofa, curtain was small, no hangers in toilet and no refrigerator.

This hotel located in good place. We like that we can keep our luggage inside their reception while waiting for our checkin time. The receptionist also so nice and friendly to the guests. We came from Sabah, but they also trying their best to understand our “baku” language. One of the receptionist Ms Zahrah, is nice , i like the way she treat all the guest! If i got a chance to come back to Bangi, will definitely checkin back to this hotel!! Lurve it ? ALL IS WELL!!!

Everything is just perfect. I request for the llate checkin and the reception is very attentive and call me at 11pm to asked if i need extra bed after checking how many person are we. He did provide a complimentary extra bed and tge bed is ready before i check in. Its totally EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE given by the hotel. Well Done!! The room is spacious, with dining table and sofa. Got balcony some more. Its just awesome!! And then i left my sweather in the room after cek out and the team is very reaponsive and text me to get my things back after that. To Mgt, please reward those staff involved. I am beyond happy in the way they treat me and my family. Nothing. All is great.
