Spacious rooms, clean and friendly staff. There were plenty of restaurants next door. Everything at the buffet breakfast was cold and not nice to eat. Air conditioning in the room turns off itself twice, and we need to inform the reception to turn it back on. The air conditioning itself was noisy.

The cupboard and backdrobe TV need new design and make them more attractive.. and it's gonna be very good looking.. and the shower need to be fixed... room 107.

Cool and clean. Friendly staff who’ll chat in English and follow up on requests immediately. Laundry staff are awesome. Everything and everyone were top notch.

Everything, the room, the view and especially their breakfast food. They give us free upgrade room ocean view and They approved our request cake for free for my niece birthday. Tq very much..both my niece request to have second staycation again in here in the future Nothing.

breakfast was good, lots of variety. room is clean. dont go there if u’re not indonesian. very poor treatment of foreigners. the spa is a big scam. the staff were rude. they tricked us into paying more because we’re foreigners. housekeeping said laundry is not ready when a foreigner asked. but when an indonesian complained to them, it was delivered 5 minutes later. i don’t understand why.

I keep coming back to this hotel, it's my favorite in Bandar Lampung. The soundproofing is superior to other hotels, and the room service and breakfast foods are great. The staff is very nice. Beautiful hotel interior with nice views from the rooms. My wife and I will return.
