The hotel provided an good experience from start to finish, with warm and professional staff ensuring a seamless check-in and attentive service throughout the stay, while the spacious and elegantly designed rooms offered a comfort with plush bedding, modern amenities, and a peaceful atmosphere for restful sleep; facilities such as the swimming pool, relaxing spa, well-equipped fitness center, and the location proved ideal—close to major attractions, shopping areas, and safe transport options—making the stay both practical and enjoyable. the slow Wi-Fi; despite being advertised as high-speed, the connection often lagged, making it difficult to stream, join video calls, or even browse smoothly, which was frustrating for both leisure and business purposes—an area that definitely needs improvement to match the otherwise high standards of the property.

When I stayed there was a meeting and a lot of people and cars so the car I used, couldn’t Park supposed there is a car Park for customers who stay there.

The room was spacious Cleanliness, especially at the toilet, is found. Bunch of hair at the shower room, so i ask the hotel to clean it

Loved the breakfast here with great selection and quality, the location is nice as it's a bit out of the way which means you don't hear alot of the traffic throughout the night. Staff are also accodating. Nice Gym and pool also Gym could have had more weights for the bench machine and dumbells but still was decent.

Room facilities was so so because they don't have the chiller. They said mini bar but not cold at all. Breakfast variance not good enough but the taste was good

Location was goig Air conditioning in room was faulty. I asked reception to have it fixed but that never happened. When i went to the restaurant each night for dinner, the only waiter initially ignited both nights as he was busy messaging on his phone. I booked a car the night before I checked out to take me to the airport and the car was 10 minutes late arriving ro pick me up.

strategic location good staff massage at the comfort of your own room buffet breakfast could be better and timing to serve dinner.. my family and I waited 30 mins for the food lol
