It’s a new one, still clean. I came at the same time with graduation venue at floor 5M (?), so its very crowded and I should wait very long to use the lift from 1 to 5th floor, while one from 3 lifts (?) is not in operation. The hotel should take attention in the future so the hotel guests do not need to wait very long time.

The rooms have a very high quality. It’s very clean and feels new. Unfortunately there is no concierge service and the building feels very empty as it’s supposed to house a mall, supermarket and other businesses. The breakfast buffet seems to value quantity over quality, I would rate it average. Some non-smoking rooms are located on the same floor as smoking rooms which leads to a bad smell.

Beautiful view and comfy bed. Big room with connecting door as I stayed with family. Pretty handy. Breakfast was amazingly delicious and a lot of options. Nice ambience at the lobby SPA, it's only for guys. Swimming pool are is quiet plain.

I booked a room with panoramic view, looking at the beautiful skyline of Lampung. Staffs are friendly. Mas Ivan at concierge was very helpful to park my car (due to no valet service available yet), Mas Adha at reception was also helpful and it was nice to know he still recognize me from last stay. Ms Annisa was also helpful since I was a bit jet legged after long drive and bring me the most delish welcome drink. Breakfast variety is superb. Lobby is superb with beautiful view The parking lot is a bit narrow to maneuver your car. If you have lots of luggage, i suggest to drop it a lobby first before entering parking lot. Since to narrow to open your car door and get out your luggage
