The staff was very friendly Not clean, we even had blood stains on 1 towel. The swimmingpool is only 0,65 mtr so only for small children, Our 12 year old was really disappointed

Breakfast is quite satisfying with the prices we hv paid. Location is also strategic, in the middle of the city. Easy to get to everywhere Toiletries

Great breakfast, ac and hot water worked fine. Good location Bathroom is a bit old and rusty, some stain /rust on the bathroom floor

Near Ciwalk. Convenient. They can improve breakfast taste. The door lock is hard to open. Water leakages also present in the one of the room. The bathroom sewage is stinky.

Defo the staffs are the star of the property, thanks to Salsa especially, she handles all the matters smoothly and swiftly and always so informative. The Young Lady named Silvia, and Dekrys ( who managed to arrange wake up call) Well done guys!! Keep it good job The lobby area looks tired and not clean, bit dusty and they keep the door open, so aircon is useless and waste of electricity. first room was has leaking aircon unit overnight and the aircon is not cool enough. And the window was broken so in the night you can hear really clear sound of motorbike, sometimes i feel stay newr Motorbike Racing Track ? 2nd room had broken aircon aswell, the airflow was unstable so cause not please noise overnight, sometimes you woken up by tha noise.
