Wifi signal was very weak, and hence it was not able to reach the room.

Staff was nice and tried their best to help. Needs renovated. Breakfast needs to be refilled better… still early and things were completely gone. Water pressure was low and water not hot. Sofa was dirty and needed a good clean. TV didn’t work… and was way too small for the size of the room. Some lights didn’t work.

All good and value for money. WIFI is totally not working. Toilets pipes and water force could be better Wifi complaint not attended despite 4 compliants

Just the egg ? in the free breakfast because the other food only Asian style Alot of mosquitos ? There is a road you have to cross in there second building Wich I don't know about it

Room space very big, free snack and soda drink (refill everyday). Food on breakfast taste good. In the room, there are a lot of geckos. Water flow to small, takes longer time to do shower. Variety of breakfast not too much.

Might suit a local better, I not have much good to say... Big room, and bed The room was disgusting! Hair and little rubbish though the bathroom complete with bugs everywhere, walls dirty and staff is very limited on English and not very friendly at all.

When I enter the room for the first time bathroom is wet because the toilet faucet keeps running. AC, room telephone is broken, linen was dirty, amenities not complete only prive for one person per each room. Breakfast was shucks , the staff was inadequate the dining table full with dirty cutlery, lot of food was empty and it took a long to refill. none of clean cutlery like spoon, fork, plate not ready, we have to anggry first and argue until the hotel stuff provide it.

Nothing. Wifi was not stable. I could not use for work. Standard room was so smelly. I had to upgrade to executive room. First day, the toilet was unflushable and the sink was clogged. Second day, the air con was not working. Breakfast was bland and not much enough. Room service was around 3:30pm.

The location is near the place that I wanted to visit 1. I did not know that there were more than 1 buildings and the units that they gave us is located accross the street just behind the main building. We have to cross the street to get to the restaurant for the included breakfast. Same thing if we want to use the swimming pool. 2. The unit that they gave us was not very clean and not well maintained. There were stains on one one of the bed sheets that we had to ask them to replace. Stains on the bed skirt and also multiple tears on the shrear curtain. 3. One of the unit they gave us have a persistent smell lingering in the room. We identified that it came from the bathroom due to the bathroom exhaust fan did not work. We complained in the morning so that they can fix it while we were away for the day. When we came back, it was still broken and the room still smelly. With that we decided to check out early after only 2 nights even though we booked it for 3 nights. The rent paid upfront and non refundable apparently but we didn't care. We just want to get out of the hotel as soon as we can. Not recommended at all. Stay away.
