Efficient and friendly reception, helpful with the luggage, room upto expectations, nice view, furniture and room show some wear and tear, its an older hotel, breakfast good choice of local and continental food, location next to Rumah fashion, good for shopping and food

the rooms are nice (although make the impression to be a little worn down and doors & windows are not sound-proof so that staying in the room can be noisy), the location is nice in the north of Bandung, they have a pub in the basement which is open until 3 am and a decent rooftop (see pics); the English knowledge of the staff (even at the reception) is lousy, communication for foreigners is hard I asked for a quiet room: what I got was a room whose door was not sound proof and there was a loudspeaker right in the front of my room in the hallway which was playing much too often cheesy American Christmas music - and this was very annoying because this music woke me up (several times) in the morning, prevented me to have a after lunch nap in the afternoons and also disturbed me significantly when I had to do work with my computer in the room - I pointed that out at the reception, but nothing happened; the breakfast was the most limited one I had in 5 different Indonesian hotels (no eggs, no sausages, no ham - fresh fruit was only slices melon and papaya covered by dozens of fruit flies (see pics) - I pointed that out to them on two different days: their reaction was to carry away the remaining slices, but the the next morning I needed to see the same issue - and this is really unhygienic, but the hotel seems not to care about that - the glass walls in the bathroom have not being cleaned even once before or during my stay - the bathroom has a nice design, but would be even nicer to keep it clean - so cleanliness is an issue, the room makes on the second look a worn-out impression

location very good just a door step to Rumah Mode outlet and 200m walking distance to Sederhana Restaurant & Paris Van Java Mall the room is a bit small & breakfast is not good at all

The hotel is nice and was conveniently located. The main highlight is the rooftop restaurant and pool, with a great view of the surrounding mountains. There are some signs of water damage/ mold in the room and shower.
