Reqyested early checked in, but one of the room wasn't ready beyond the check in time.

The receptionist upgraded some of the rooms. The room service team was outstanding. Take immediate action for requests, and paying extra caution for cleaning. The hotel will be in my must stay again for future visits. Nothing.

I had a fabulous stay. I would rate the Bandung hotel as one of my best hotel stays. From the attentive staff, to the wonderful breakfast, to a spacious room that is tastefully decorated in marble, to a staff member who helped me with travel plans. I enjoyed the afternoon tea and the cocktail hour with a view looking towards the mountains. The door attendants were always very helpful about quickly securing me a taxi. The pool area is lovely and spacious. If people have a toddler child, there is even an attractive play area. My only regrets is that I and’s not have time to stay longer. I can’t think of anything.

Centrally located, walking distance to Braga St. Amazing and attentive staff. Awesome pool for swimming laps. Nice hot tub for post hikes or site seeing. Super exceptional staff. Had a last minute 6 am flight out of Halim Int'l so had to depart hotel at 230 am. Staff packed Togo breakfast with latte and basket of pastries. Amazing!!! Daily breakfast was also amazing with lots of choices. It's gorgeous with a 10 ⭐ service team... What's there not to like. (Actually some of the guests are very rude and disrespectful to the staff... so have to watch entitled people being demanding)

Breakfast spread was amazing! Our room didn't come with the breakfast option but since we had to leave for Jakarta early, we opted and pay for the buffet and it was amazing! the jamu and instant noodle options was just great. crossing the road is probably a problem for some especially those with young children.

Good breakfast but crowded. Helpful staff and road crossing man. Close to railway station and Braga walk. Good pizza and room service. Cold not get room to warm up so switched off aircon. Some intrusive early morning noise from Mosque.

Beautifully presented hotel with exceptional staff. Room and bathroom were spacious. Very clean. Super breakfast. Unfortunately didn’t have time to make full use of facilities. Street noise at night despite being 26 floors up

Love the stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung. Everyone is helpful and kind. Especially those at the entrance. The staff was very attentive and approached me every time I needed help. Comfy room as well! It’s not that I don’t like it. It’s just there are few things that could be improved and I’ve informed them about it. The manager contacted me through whatsapp to ask for feedback. Good way of doing business btw.
