The location is excellent. There’s a convenience store right next door, along with many other places nearby such as malls, restaurants, entertainment venues, food markets, and even churches. The receptionist’s service was also very nice and friendly. The facilities were poorly managed and the room was not clean. When we first tried to enter, the door lock didn’t work properly. We had to go to the receptionist for assistance, and it turned out the lock was partially broken. Despite the price, the room felt very budget. The table looked like it hadn’t been wiped in days, the basin was half clogged, the toilet was somewhat dirty, and even the shower pedal was grimy — as if it hadn’t been cleaned for several days. The pillowcase smelled a bit and was somewhat dusty. I considered asking for a room change, but my mother was already too tired, so we decided to just stay the night. Overall, it was definitely not a good experience.

Near to lots of food stalls and mall. Near the train (bullet train) Staff are helpful and always happy to help. Quite old amenities and facilities but its okay

Location Can not early check in but still we get late check in from the time schedule and can not late check out, unpleasant feeling when brought elderly and disable parents

* located 1 minit to Paskal mall Hijo lobby ebtrance * imdomart is next door to buy mineral water * fairly good choices for breakfast * 4 minutes walk to Paskal outdoor food court * because it is in mall area, Grab driver would charged extra 3000 rupiah for parking. * no mini fridge

Location was superb, just opposite Paskal 23 Mall with lots of options for food & beverage. Staff were friendly and responded to your request/call promptly. Room needs some deep cleaning and perhaps a refurbishing as bedding & all are so worn out. Air-conditioning unit needs servicing/cleaning too as cigarette smell fills the air when the aircon is switched on.

Close to a mall literally right across the hotel, the AC is cold, there are free bottles of water daily. There’s good entertainment options on the TV provided - Youtube etc. Safe deposit box didn’t work, there is no hairdryer or fridge. The building looks old and unkept, coffee and teas aren’t always refilled daily. The bed sheets are dirty, even after replacements there are always stains here and there. The area are so dark. The key cards most times didn’t work that we had to keep asking the receptionist to fix them. The lock on the door is a bit finicky to use.

Nice breakfast selection. Lovely location. 2 mins to Mall, cinema etc. Staff very friendly. Dinner meals very good. Especially Sop buntut, Sop ayam. Would have preferred larger room.
