rata2 kamar semuanya bau apek. kamar kuncinya rusak jd gak bisa ngunci, air panas mati. karpet berasa debu kayak udah lama gak di tmpatin.

I love how the staffs are so considerate. They said, we may be disturbed by noise (they are repairing something i guess). They arent sure if we are affected but just to prevent from being disturbed, our room has been upgraded. All staffs are good btw. I think, all is acceptable.

That the messages offered at the spa of the hotel were only for men.

Room size which is nig Dirty , broken sockets , broken floor , breakfast very less variety

The room size Dirty, the rugs was filthy, the beds was smell, the shower wasn’t working, the toilet wasn’t working properly. The whole entire room was smell, cockroaches everywhere.

The staffs were very friendly. Location also good, near the Paskal Hyper Square We had couple of rooms in the corner of the building. Both rooms were moldy. Couldn’t really sleep well. The ambience of the hotel also a bit murky.

Location All facility too old. The carpet in the room need to be change. Breakfast also too bad. I got the spoiled fried rice.

The room looks quite old, but still ok. The door lock has to be pushed to open. Minor issue

There is a little problem in the shower switch. But I still can handle it. There is a small pest inside the bathroom. Didn't disturb but should be cleaned better.

Only location near to Pascal 23 Mall. Other than that non of them I like it. 4 stars hotel but actually not as 4 stars hotel. Very disappointed and not recommended. The furnitures are very old and some of them are already damaged conditions. The properties are not clean as 4 stars hotel. Some of the staff are not welcoming when we arrived. One thing that we are disappointed about is that we found cockroaches on the bed.

- Towel can’t make the body dry. It looks too old. - Room doesn’t not clean. - No facilities. - Breakfast can’t serve on time. The staff said that it will be start on 6:00AM. I booked on 6:30AM and asked many times. They can’t get it.

I had to change my room once because the AC wasn't working. Both rooms had cockroaches and were dirty.
