I do love everything about grand tjokro. It includes the location which have indo maret nearby. Their warm welcome and facilities. The only i didnt preferred is the odour of the toilet. I think it came from the drainage system.

Super comfy pillows and blackout curtains. Breakfast had a good selection of food The bathroom was so old. There were stains and grime and rust color everywhere. It was so dark in the bathroom. The room was stuffy and the windows were blocked with paper. It was so odd and ruined our vacation mood. Very disappointed. We complained and was shown another room but it was in similar condition. Unusable. We were forced to pay extra and get the best room but still the bathroom wasn't up to par with the price we paid for. The AC in the bedroom didn't work properly and we sweated all night.

The staffs are the worst part of this hotel. They dont know information, slow response, generally unprofessional in handling guest needs. They delayed cleaning my room until late afternoon. They FORCED me to switch rooms on last minute notice. They dont give clear information at reception. I saw multiple guest walks into the wrong building carrying heavy luggages (the hotel has two buildings. The parking is also a nightmare. Clearly not enough space and they dont have proper pathway from some part of the parking space (You have to walk down through VERY STEEP ramp while the ramp is also used by cars. VERY DANGEROUS) I stayed here for my graduation day and this hotel left a horrible memory for what I hope would be a joyous moment in my life.

non! the hotel was not clean, from the moment u enter the lobby. its spoil the holiday mood. unpleasant smell along the walk way... the carpet dirty.. the lift no clean.. lighting dull. once i enter the room, got smell . the bes sheet got yellowish marks.. and smelly. the room is not as what they posted in the social media. that was my 1st time ever get that kind of hotel in my life. NOMORE!! i requested new room, they said non available. i request refund also cannot. i just left the hotel. i rather lost few hundreds rather then i spoil my holiday mood.

I like the layout of the hotel room and the breakfast menu I was satisfied enough with the variety of the foods prepared We did the very late check in in the evening at around 9 pm. At the time we wanted to take shower, there was no shampoo and liquid soap in the bottles. We regretted that the cleaning service staff did not check all the facilities that should be available before the guests entered the hotel room and there was also a little garbage inside the garbage can in the hotel room near the refrigerator
