Room too small even for the most biggest room that they have.. lobby near elevator was dark some light was turned off for saving i think. I didn't get info that bfast on weekdays are rice box and send to the room.

I can't get extra towels. Breakfast is not only lack of variation, it is also impossible to bring kids and expect to have something to eat for them, because (by the time of my stay) they give you bento box for two, and not providing food in the restaurant.

Food was good This is actually a nice hotel but poorly maintained. The sheets were stained, pillowcase was torn and stained, toilet not clean, there were dirty corners in the bathroom, and the towels are so shabby, dirty and ripped it was improper for any hotel to give such towels to guests. The hotel area were so dirty and poorly maintained. I think the management need to take this seriously.

the location is very strategic, very close to everything iconic in Bandung, so it’s easier for me to travel the price for me is a bit too expensive, the hotel room is quite small

I've told the receptionist that booking.com already charged my card since he still insisted I pay on the property. Kinda rude and not so kind. The hotel receptionist needs to be trained properly about the online booking system. If the receipt said "paid" it means paid. No need to charge the customer again.
