There is a bar in the rooftop open until 1 am with amazing dj. No sauna and jacuzzi. No balcony in the room.

Everything, location in upper Dago, design, atmosphere, staff attentiveness, cleanliness, as expected from a new hotel at this price range. Traffic / access to the hotel would be a challenge especially during long weekends

Stayed for 6 nights since we were planning to work from abroad in European timezone so we looked for comfy hotel that could cater our needs. And I would say it exceeds all our expectations! Noise level: The room is very quiet, we stayed in a room near the elevator but we cannot hear anything from outside, no luggage wheel noises, nothing. So we could spend taking meetings, working, and also rest really well. Breakfast: Overall breakfast is also very good. Our favorite is gotta be the porridge with all the toppings, the nasi kuning/rames assortments, the jajanan pasar, and the variety of it! For 6 nights stay, the breakfast changed daily so we never got tired of it. Hospitality: The hospitality is unmatched, I have never been to a hotel with staff more welcoming and helpful as Hotel Indigo Bandung, and I said this having stayed in places with 5-10x per night price in Indonesia or other countries. They have the instant service too which was very helpful for us since we were moving around a lot during those days so just having that little bit of help to deliver bowls/cutleries, laundry items, or making up room when we were away is so helpful. Comfort: The bed and pillows were comfortable, we slept really well there. Also the environmental control (temperature & humidity) works really well compared to other even newer hotel. We also went once to VINYL cocktail bars, got some very nice company from the bartenders there! Loved it so much, they were having so much fun and we were too. Got the shots, the magic tricks, the travel advices, everything! Thank you Indigo for having us, keep up the high quality!

Shower place is unique It is disappointing to find that the Hotel room is small, the pillow is not comfortable, towels are not really clean and the hotel facilities is limited

The hotel does not have jacuzzi. Small swimming pool also compare to other 5 star hotel.

room is sufficient, bed and pillows are comfy, had city view from our room so we enjoyed the openness and greeneries. traffic at dago was vy bad that day, so we took gocar/grab rather than driving ourselves

Staff so sad, everything so slowly , order dining room everything can not also don't have bandung style maybe very slow respon, room very small, especialy tranportation so hard to catch up taxi, must be ask, must be order, so bad staff.. then when we speak not conecct not recommed

Very nice room, great breakfast, very nice view from hotel. Friendly staff. New, modern hotel with beautiful swimming pool. Just hotel, no garden or possibility to walk around.

Nice modern hotel with friendly staff, but let down by really poor service. I have never been in a five star hotel where they do not let you charge items to a room account. We waited more than one hour in an empty restaurant to get served a sandwich at lunchtime, and although they say they serve breakfast in in-room dining, when ordered they said they could not do it. After a few calls they eventually agreed they could do it, then brought the wrong order! Truly hopeless and not worth five stars.
