The facilities are worth much more than what you pay. I had a connecting room and sounds from next door were clearly audible.

The location is very good, and the breakfast also good. The cleanliness of the room should be improved. There was some grease on the table and dust everywhere — it looked like the housekeeper didn’t even bother to wipe down the table and shelves. There were fake eyelashes on the shelves in both of the rooms we stayed in. The bed sheets looked used and had a lot of hair on them. Overall, it was not worth the price.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel due to bedbugs. The room was infested, and I ended up with multiple bites all over my body. It’s absolutely unacceptable! The management showed no concern for their guests’ well-being and failed to address the issue. Instead of providing comfort, this hotel only created problems and ruined my stay. I strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs.

I don’t understand why the bathroom is so dirty while you actually have a lot of guests. I stayed in 2 rooms and both of them are terribly dirty. It is disappointing. Property needs extra maintenance.

Location wise is good, others are this hotel is good for business trip also. And breakfast is good ... up grade or refresh the room, AC position or use kind of dumper for in direct flow.

The architecture and interior design of the building Needs to improve in cleanliness, particularly the bathroom tiles and the shower head; they should notify guests if the water is not potable

The staff are amicable and competent. The location is amazing (near Dago Street and Kartika Sari). The wellness facility is good (needs more staff, though), and there is a nice little restaurant upstairs. The building and amenities need regeneration. At least start with the room. Replace the bedsheets or revamp the bathroom. They're clean but old. Add more lighting to the corridors.

Location Sticky floor, dirty bathroom, didn't shower as we can't even look at the dirts stain on the basin, the toilet, the floor, the blanket, the dampness smells
