Very strategic location, close to Dago, ITB Ganesha, and DU, staff attentiveness, art deco historical design of the property. The old buildings might need slight refreshments

Very nice architecture and beautiful rooms. The pool area is right next to a very loud street and the restaurant on the other side. In the pictures it looks like it's surrounded by nature, but it's not. The room service took an hour for two drinks and one dessert, which was cold when it was delivered.

Breakfast was quite good and the room service was excellent. My parents (88 and 82 y.o) were happy with the food and the portion. The hospitality of the hotel staff was great. Unfortunately, the quality of the hotel facilities went downhill compared with when we stayed in 2018. We booked three rooms (for me and my husband, our kids and my parents). In my parents' bathroom, the shower tap was not working and there was a leak from the washbasin. The aircon in our kids' bedroom was not working. The bedsheet, the pillowcase and the curtain in our bedroom were dirty as if they hadn't been changed before we checked-in. There was also bad smell coming out of the drain.

The room was very loud because motorbike and traffic noise came from right outside. Many of the facilities were old. The air conditioner was noisy when it turned on, and the water in the washbasin was leaking, so a lot of water was wasted..

The location is strategic, it is close to the city, but also not too crowded. A lot of restaurants nearby. It's only 10 minutes on bike to the place I work for my 4D3N stay. The room is unexpectedly spacious and could host more than 4 people if I want to. The breakfast is nice, but it would do better with more variety. The staffs are friendly, and the pool is nice. They have trees around the hotel, to be honest, there is no need for an Air Conditioner because the trees and the location is cold. I'm not sure if it's my problem (the cleanliness of my body since I worked until 1 am for 2 nights so I didn't shower before I go to bed) or it's the bedsheet that isn't clean enough, but I have my back itchy and red. The bathroom will be better with an exhaust, and the hairdryer turned off by itself after a few minutes I used it—only to turn back on after a few minutes I left it "recharge".

Love the classic style of the hotel, the room is bigger than most and it is also clean. The breakfast is yummy, i think the chef is improving, the staff is friendly and helpful, and it is located at the heart of the city. I think they needs to fix the AC. It takes a long time to cool the room, and when it does, the temp is not too cold.

We checked in & were given a room that we had not booked. We asked to be moved, which was accommodated. However, new room allocated was directly under their kitchen/restaurant area which is being renovated. So we were met with drilling and hammering directly under our room. LOUD. Moved again to another room. Two of the nights we stayed, they had big groups in their restaurant area in the evening. One of those nights with a very loud speaker system. Not what we expect booking into a hotel for a relaxing holiday. There was a letter in the room upon arrival apologizing for building works. However, as a courtesy we should have been informed when making the booking. This would have given us the opportunity to decide prior to arriving if this was acceptable for us. Breakfast was predominantly Indonesian food. It would have been nice to have more western options. Tried to book a tour, but staff did not get back to us. A beautiful hotel that unfortunately was a disappointing stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, situated right next to popular tourist attractions, a variety of delightful restaurants and charming cafes, as well as some fantastic clothing stores. It's the perfect spot for anyone looking to explore Bandung with ease and convenience Breakfast needs more variety
