Room is spacious enough, very clean, comfort, view also good from the room. Nothing so far, but if we bring our children, a pool will be great.

The bathroom is not as clean as it should be. You will notice some black spots on the wall of the shower room and around the toilets. if you want a pristine clean place, this might not be the place.The sink faucet is not turning anymore so it's hard to keep the counter dry.

Location and price was the main reason we stayed. we like staying there as the hotel was most convenient with the best pricing. the room size is also big for its value. hotel is good for family with children that is there to explore the city.

Loved my stay at Ibis. Comfy bed, good food, and warm greetings from reception. Special thanks to the staff who kept in touch daily on WhatsApp to check on our 5 rooms and cleaning needs – such thoughtful service truly touched my heart. I didn’t like the entrance. There’s no direct access to Ibis; we had to go through Pullman, down to B1, and take two lifts to reach our room. It was inconvenient and should be improved with a direct lobby for Ibis guests.

Good location, friendly staff, the AC and hot water run well, clean rooms. Quite good selections of hot food, fruits and drinks for breakfast, but the "gorengan" stuff was all cold and too oily To find the entrance of the hotel was not easy when we were about to check in, cos there's was no clear signage from the street, had to go around the block one more time, turned out that it has the same entrance with Pullman hotel but different level.

That you have to go through the Pullman hotel to get in the hotel. No bar, no restaurant…. Again you have to go to the Pullman’s

The hotel staff are amazing, excellent and helpful, the location is right in the city center, very convenient. This is our 2nd stay here, and there is nothing I don't like about the hotel. We will be back on our next visit to Bandung.
